Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees offers Ä¢¹½tv a long-term perspective ¨C one that charts and maintains the course of our school. They oversee policy and have a fiduciary responsibility to provide sound financial management of the school. And they select and support our Head of School, James Nelligan.
There are up to fifteen (15) Trustees: seven are elected by Ä¢¹½tv parents; five to seven are appointed by the Board; one is appointed by the U.S. Consulate General. Trustees elected by Ä¢¹½tv parents must also be parents of Ä¢¹½tv students themselves. The Board represents both Pudong and Puxi campuses, which allows for consistent leadership across Ä¢¹½tv.
Parents and alumni are welcomed and encouraged to get involved with the Board and help to make a positive difference Ä¢¹½tv by joining one of the Board committees.
