In honor of International Women’s Day and in celebration of the female legends of Ģtv, we present Marybelle Brewster - now Mimi Gardner, a second-generation Ģtv student from 1947 to 1949 and one of our eldest alumna. That’s right, second generation, as her own father graduated 1924, possibly making her the first legacy student!
Watch as she reflects about her life since leaving China in the 1940s and where life has taken her including becoming a mother of three, a minister, editor of the ĢtvA alumni newsletter, and an activist.
